Onsite when it matters! Remote when it can go faster.

We resolve roughly 90% of all IT issues by remote support in just a few minutes. If a cable needs replacing, a server has to be moved, or a WiFi antenna gets mounted, we come on site – usually the same day. Our service area spans the region between Hamburg, Hannover, Braunschweig, Magdeburg and Berlin.

Frequently asked questions

How fast are you on the scene when something fails?
With a service contract: response to critical incidents within one hour during business hours. Via remote support we're usually on your system within minutes. If onsite is required, we come the same business day within the region.

Without a contract: we still help, of course – scheduling follows availability, usually within the same business day.
We have Windows, Mac AND Linux. Is that a problem?
Exactly our trade. For over 25 years we have been working cross-platform:
  • Windows: servers (Active Directory, Hyper-V), all current client versions, Office, Exchange
  • macOS: Apple Silicon (M1–M4), Intel Macs, MDM, JAMF
  • Linux: Debian, Ubuntu, Mint, MX – as server and workstation, also for cloud-independent setups
  • iOS / Android: smartphones and tablets via MDM
Mixed environments are the rule rather than the exception.
What if we don't have a contract but there's a problem right now?
Just call us. We help you without a service contract too – you then pay by the hour at €145 net per hour. Book a slot online or call us directly. For acute emergencies outside business hours, the emergency hotline is available to contract customers only.
Do you also handle communication with other service providers?
Yes, that's a core part of our work. We speak on your behalf with:
  • Telecom providers (Telekom, Vodafone, 1&1) – fault tickets, new connections, contracts
  • Cloud providers (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Hetzner)
  • Hardware manufacturers for warranty and RMA processing
  • Software vendors for licensing and support questions
You have one point of contact – we coordinate everything behind it.
How secure is the remote access to our systems?
Very secure and fully under your control:
  • Per-session approval: we can't sneak in. Every remote session must be explicitly started by you.
  • End-to-end encrypted: connection via our own tool MeyerRemote (open source, based on RustDesk).
  • Visible: you see every mouse click and can terminate the session at any time with one click.
  • Logged: every session is documented with timestamp, technician and duration.
  • Servers in Germany: the relay server runs in Neustadt am Rübenberge.
